Chef Sharon Chan (MAMAintheKitchen)
Sharon, lovingly known as MAMA, is the heart and soul behind MAMAintheKitchen.
Her passion for cooking was nurtured from a young age, learning timeless culinary techniques from her grandmother and mother. Born in Toronto, raised in Hong Kong, and now based in Vancouver, MAMA launched her handcrafted chili oil condiments in 2022. Renowned for their bold flavors and premium ingredients, her product line features four versatile sauces and a convenient frozen food collection.
Sharon believes in the power of “flavors passed down through generations. For her, taste is deeply tied to memory, and each dish she creates is a way to share the most beautiful moments with others. Along her journey, she connected with Chef Will Lew, igniting a partnership for her mission and various events. Together, they strive to spread love through food and build meaningful culinary connections.
